They talk about working as the house monitor engineer for major Award shows like the Latin Grammy's and Latin Billboard Awards, giving advice to up-and-coming engineers walking into awards shows for the first time.  Lorin tells about his roots in the San Fransico music scene and how that led to a successful touting career, and much more.
