This week Louise is eating semi-homemade cheesy enchiladas, while Renee is telling us about loaded baked potato casserole and Mexican spinach dip.
Then we're into our topic for this week - meditation. We talk about what meditation is, and what it isn't. Louise talks about struggling to get into meditation and Renee talks about how she built her meditation practice. We then answer a listener question on how to focus during meditation for people who struggle with wandering thoughts.
This week Renee is releasing her need to control things and Louise is releasing black and white thinking about situations. Louise is feeling awesome because she has had time off to rest and Renee shares another TV show that she's been loving.
