Dr. Jody Stanislaw received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 2007. She is a Type 1 Diabetes Specialist and has been 100 percent virtual since 2015.  Dr. Stanislaw’s TEDx talk titled Sugar is Not a Treat has over 4.5 million views. She has presented at Dr. Paul Anderson's AAMP conference, the Canadian College of ND Medicine, and the Canadian Association of NDs.

Dr. Stanislaw is an expert at teaching patients with Type 1 how to achieve the complicated skill of attaining healthy blood sugar control, as well as reducing the risks of devastating complications.  Most patients and even endocrinologists have never learned this skill.  Having overcome the struggles of living with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of seven, she has dedicated her career to helping others with this challenging condition via her virtual practice.
