Dr. Sasha High is an Internist and Obesity Medicine Physician, who completed medical school and residency at the University of Toronto. She has additional training in nutrition, CBT, ACT and mindset coaching. Dr. High is the Founder of Best Weight and the High Metabolic Clinic, a multidisciplinary telemedicine weight management program for women across Canada. She is an international speaker, social media educator, and host of the High on Life podcast.
