I grew up feeling that way...... in my own family! I always wondered who were these people and why was I with them? And this was my own family. At least on paper. But it never felt that way in real life.

This episode is very personal to me. It's my own story of searching for my people and where I belonged.

And what I learned about belonging after years and years of doing transformational work.

And it's about why I am committed to creating communities that nurture people finding themselves and creating their own belonging,
