Honoured this week to have @donaldrobertson on the podcast talking about cognitive behavioural therapy and stoicism.
Donald is a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, author, and trainer. He has written six books on philosophy and psychotherapy, including the best-selling' Stoicism and The Art of Happiness and 'How To Think Like A Roman Emperor'.
In this podcast, I take the opportunity to learn about stoicism, the relationship between ancient philosophy and CBT, what our culture can learn from the ancients, how wisdom works, the stoic values, why Stoicism is a philosophy of love, and why you need a philosophy of life. I hope you enjoy it!
