Today, I am joined by Jenny Cheifetz, Certified Empowerment Coach and Breath work Facilitator. Jenny is mom of two teens and a dog, a wife, an entrepreneur, mental health advocate, and body positive vegan.
Her intention is to support clients who want to stop feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and powerless, and guide them toward confidence, clarity, compassion, and authenticity. When we release the beliefs and thoughts that don't align with our true self, we get to step into a space that allows for healing and transformation.It comes down to giving ourselves permission and recognizing the choice we always have.
