As Rooftop Leaders we need to hold space for bridging trust to occur and get back to our nature so the people around us can shake off the trance-like state they’re in and join us in operationalizing the upswing. To do this, we need to create environments and communities that care more about how we treat each other when we discuss an issue, rather than the actual issue itself.
