Currently, Charles serves as Managing Director, Human Resources for Group One Trading, LP, a privately held derivatives trading firm. Most recently, Charles served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Aceto Corporation, where he was responsible for the global HR function and integration activities through three acquisitions and the company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing and sale in 2019.
