Bruce Banman is the current MLA for Abbotsford South, as elected in 2020. Earlier this year, he crossed the floor from the BC Liberals/BC United to BC Conservative Party, which gave the BC Conservatives official party status in the BC Legislature.

He also served as the Mayor of Abbotsford from 2011-2014.
