She's a recognized expert in family and small business management, with numerous articles published in top management journals. Her numerous awards include the Raymond E. Miles Distinguished Scholar Award, and she serves as Editor-in-Chief of familybusiness.org and holds editorial roles at several other esteemed academic journals.
