About Erin Patten
Erin supports CEOs and their teams in handling conflict with compassion and
acceptance—rather than avoidance and fear—by embracing a mix of ancient metaphysical tools
and leading-edge technology, thinking, and practices. Her journey to the life-changing dynamics
of metaphysics includes Harvard classrooms (she has Master's degrees in Business and Public
Policy), executive positions, and grieving the loss of her father and a friend simultaneously. As
well as receiving the David M. Rubenstein and Bill George Fellowships, Erin earned the
SAMBA Award for having an exceptional impact on HBS and elevating the campus community.
In addition, she has more than fifteen years experience in corporate leadership and
entrepreneurship, and her career spans numerous industries including fashion and beauty retail,
philanthropy, and non-profit. She is also a certified yoga instructor, tai chi master, as well as a
sound bowl facilitator.
