Ashley Lautezenheiser is the Associate Director of Pre-MBA & Professional Programs at the Forté Foundation. In this episode, Ashley spoke to us about the role that Forté and it’s partners are playing in creating more opportunities for more women to take on leadership roles within business and specifically, the opportunities they are providing to early in career women who may have an interest in the MBA degree.

During this conversation, Ashley spoke about some of the common questions, challenges and conversations she has with early in career women who are curious about leadership opportunities such as an MBA. She also shared some of the programming and offerings Forté provides to open doors to more women interested in an MBA, as well as her advice to women who might be considering pursuing an MBA degree.
