Grace O'Neill is bringing back Elle Australia and taking it all the way

Grace O'Neill has big things in store for the comeback of Elle Australia. In this episode, we dive into how she gathered her team of creatives and writers, her thinking behind the traditional print industry and how she's building up the brand of Elle Australia one idea at a time. Her own podcast After Work Drinks is a must-listen for the girls. It's the ultimate 'just feel like I'm hanging out with my friends' podcast, which Grace co-hosts with her best friend Isabelle Truman.

We also muse over the work of Rick Rubin in his super-successful book The Creative Act: A Way of Being. He's inspired us both to re-think the day-to-day creativity and the process of creating something, rather than only looking for that 'stand back and see it' moment when something is finished.
