S1E33 - Non Disclosure Agreements
If the parties are going to settle a case then they both need to be confident that the matter has indeed been settled and will not be resurrected in some other form. In this episode, you’ll learn:
- the pros and cons of NDA’s
- when an NDA is enforceable, and when it’s not
