For 32 years, naval aviator Rear Admiral Nancy Lacore has made military service and love of country a central part of her life. She joins me to talk about life as a military family, why the Navy is both a career and a community, how she balances six kids and overseas deployment, and why valor knows no gender. As we mark Memorial Day, we also cover the nonprofit she created to honor the U.S. military women who made the ultimate sacrifice while supporting combat since 9/11.
