It is not WITHIN US to rescue ourselves.
It is not AROUND US as if circumstances could save us.
It is not ABOVE US because we have no ability on our own to reach upward
for our rescue.
It is TO US.
"For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."
