Travis recently completed his Master’s thesis on this topic, and he also teaches for the NTOA throughout the country and shares his experiences traveling throughout the world for the CATO After Action Review project. In this episode, Travis will also debunk some training myths and stresses the importance of principle-based decision-making based upon lessons learned from real-life events.
