Mitchell Schwartz is a professional football player and not-so-amateur chef. He has a Youtube Series, Mitch in the Kitch. Mitchell played college football for the University of California, Berkeley, and he's won all sorts of accolades, including first-team All-Pac-10 and All-Pac-12 honors.

Mitchell played professionally for the Cleveland Browns and the Kansas City Chiefs. He is an author, a Super Bowl champion, and is married to his lovely wife, Brooke.
