Today on the podcast, I had a great chat with Rebecca Smith who asked me to come on an Instagram Live and talk about, creating cultures where people can feel safe and progression towards high-level goals. What we're looking at in terms of evolving the culture around competitions and what valuable life lesson are we trying to teach kids, pulling away from ‘it’s only about scores, medals and placements’ and ‘the highlights on Facebook or Instagram.

We DISCUSS the type of culture that allows athletes to be happy and successful.

Is it RIGHT that gyms send out level eights to compete at level five? Is winning at all costs worth it?
