The techno people think they do or will rule the world. The Eurocrats definitely are on their way to ruling the world, because the Bible says so and they are all to willing to comply. The Demo-crats, ever power hungry and angry want to take back the rule of the US and will just keep getting angrier until they get their way. So today, lots of crats to go around.
