Thoracic kyphosis is not related to abdominal strength or endurance here

Lumbar lordosis and pelvic tilt are not related to abdominal strength here

Abdominal and hip muscle flexibility only explains 9% of the variance in thoracic posture here

AND longer glutes and hamstrings are associated with LESS pelvic tilt here

Hip and spine stiffness are not related to lumbar lordosis here

BUT… You CAN change posture with exercise (particularly strengthening exercises) here

No evidence any particular posture causes pain here

Scapular dyskinesis is slightly more common in people with NO shoulder pain here
