Brene Brown is the author of Daring Greatly and chair of the graduate college of social work at the University of Houston. In this episode of Safe Space Radio, Brene talks about shame resilience, and how we can learn to embrace our vulnerability. Brene describes the consequences of denying our vulnerability including clinging to false certainties and rigid all or nothing thinking. She also describes the great benefits of embracing vulnerability, including living wholeheartedly.
