July 24, 2025: Is EPD untouchable for the Canucks?! Hockey Canada fallout. Plus, massive MLS and Whitecaps changes?

After previous reports of the Canucks' undying loyalty to young defenceman Elias Pettersson, Matt and Blake decide to take the temperature of the fan base and the willingness to part with EPD in order to get a 2nd line centre. The guys also look at the court decision on the accused former World Junior players, and how the NHL will react to the decisions. Whitecaps CEO and Sporting Director Axel Schuster joins the show to talk about the myriad of huge stories surrounding his club, including: the search for new ownership, plans for a new soccer stadium, scheduling around the 2026 World Cup, and a possible change to a winter schedule. Plus, Axel gets into the possibility of Thomas Müller, a new centreback, and the timeline for a Ryan Gauld return. Then it's Adnan Virk of Monday Night Hockey on Prime, with his thoughts on season 1 with Amazon.
