On today's episode of MTN, we sat down for our first episode without a guest. We wanted to take a quick break from having guests on to talk about our own thoughts around a topic we have been talking about extensively off the microphone; Elastic v. Muscular Athletes. We talk about defining, describing, identifying, and how we have gone about differentiating the training behind both groups. We know nothing is perfect and wanted some time to record our own thoughts and to hear back what our listeners think themselves.
