Thriving Beyond Domestic Violence with Agape Garcia

In this episode, Agape Garcia shares what Post-Traumatic Growth or PTG is, her own experience in the early days of her life and how it affected her as a human being, but even more so as a mother. She explains how some people go through situations in their lives, which causes trauma and a crisis within them that they may not have the tools to cope with at the time, however this very situation can be used as an opportunity for growth in themselves through learning and becoming more aware of their self and others.
