Over the past couple weeks I’ve done some pretty deep self evaluation with how I have been programming, and this has led me to look for some different “methods” to add some variety to our programming. I share my goals of being coached, and what I really hope that reaching out to other coaches to get assistance in my programming leads to in this weeks My Thoughts Monday.
