Healthy As A Mother #21 Postpartum Depression & Anxiety: Five Important Considerations
Dr. Morgan here, and this episode is near and dear to my heart - as I am no stranger to the experience of postpartum depression and anxiety. I feel for myself looking back on those experiences, and have immense compassion for those going through these dark times.
