We want to teach you how to hope for the best… or at the very least, stopping yourself from expecting the absolute worst case scenario. Tell yourself: the worst case scenario isn’t a sure thing. Don't pretend the worst case is impossible. Mindfulness is about acceptance of all scenarios. But also leave space for the best case outcome. Let’s go through it together.
