15 years of career and volunteer experience. Currently a Lieutenant on Engine 1 & Marine 1 for Passaic Fire Department in New Jersey. Robert started his career as a volunteer where he served as the Chief of Department for the Allendale Fire Department also in New Jersey. He is also founder and contributor of Flow and Vent, a site dedicated to fire and rescue training. Robert is very humble and open on how having great mentors around him helped mold and shape the Company Officer he is today.
