The online gaming ban and the dangers of gambling addiction

Last month, the Rajya Sabha passed a bill that effectively shut down India’s real-money gaming industry, once projected to reach 9 billion dollars by 2029. The law brings sweeping bans and strict penalties for both platforms and celebrities who promote such games.
