Niels Pfläging
Niels Pflaeging is founder of the BetaCodex Network, and partner/associate at Red42, based in Wiesbaden (Germany). He is an acclaimed international speaker and acts as an adivsor to organizations from all over the world. Niels is also an investor in the tech startup disqourse, which was founded in September 2021.
Since 2006, Niels has been strongly involved in organizational transformation initiatives in firms both in Europe and in the Americas. Niels is a prolific speaker, speaking four languages fluently - English, German, Spanish and Portuguese. Prior to the BetaCodex Network, Niels was a director with the BBRT for five years.
