Lazarova is a Professor of International Business in International Business at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University in Canada. Her research is in the areas of repatriation and international assignments' impact on careers and work/life balance, HR transformation, and comparative HRM. Mila holds the Canada Research Chair in Global Workforce Management.
