Hannah is a President and CEO of ALOM. Prior to founding ALOM in 1997 in Fremont, California, she held various management and executive positions dating back to 1983, with a wide range of experience in the packaging industry since 1990. Ms. Kain’s unwavering focus is on customer commitment and quality while challenging her team to deliver a competitive advantage for the customer. This focus led to ALOM receiving ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and TL 9000 certification and expanding the ALOM footprint to five continents.
She is a board member of the National Association of Manufacturers and former board member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), part of the WBENC Forum Leadership Team and a current board member of WBEC-Pacific. In addition to being active with several community-based non-profit organizations, Hannah Kain’s accomplishments include awards and recognition for community involvement, leadership, management and business, including: 2020 Business Insider Top 100 People Transforming Business, 2020 SDCE Women Leaders in Supply Chain, 2020 SDCE Supply Chain Pro-to-Know, 2019 WBEC-Pacific Pinnacle Award of Excellence, 2019 NAWBO-SV Lifetime Achievement Award, and 2017 Gold Woman of The Year in Manufacturing Stevie Award.
