Zack is the President of the DARE Foundation. Previously, he was the Founder & CEO of Model N (NYSE:MODN), Co-Founder & CEO of NetDynamics (NASDAQ: SUNW), Chairman of the Board of Conduit (NASDAQ: PERI), and Founding Board Director of TradingDynamics (NASDAQ: ARBA). Zack holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in computer science from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).
