We talk about Shawn's journey from a meat-eating heavy-drinking mortgage professional to a vegan wellness entrepreneur, what triggered Shawn's exploration into plant-based food, the social pressures associated with eating, the many myths associated with protein, how he approaches educating his children about food, and why it's all about doing the best you can.
