Today, Earl Shoaff contends that the great things that can happen in your life are first made and visualized in mind. As he says, "when you visualize something, this is the thing that's going to come in your life if the visualization is strong enough." In other words, success does not spring up from nowhere. Earl shows that the seeds of success are first cultivated in the mind.

He firmly believes that good things start to happen when you start to cultivate that positive attitude towards the goal or objective you wanted to achieve. Ultimately, what your mind can conceive, you can definitely achieve in reality. As Earl says, "Success is something you attract by the person you become."
