It can be easy this time of year for our goals and standards to take a backseat temporarily and, with that, comes the potential for negative emotions and I've felt these all too well in my past as well. These emotions including guilt, shame, and regret and we can feel them whether we are looser with our standards or uphold them firmly and miss out on family connection and experiences. I want to share my perspective on this topic and remind you what not to do as a coach if you are one. Topics include:
