He's been investing recently in Cape Coral Florida, where Andrew invests, and also investing in Edmonton AB. Nick's noteworthy quote from this episode was "you'll never know unless you try". We obviously all want certainty but it's an unreasonable expectation. Nick's an inspiring investor and entrepreneur to follow.
