We get into this week's topic which was suggested by one of our listeners - self love vs self acceptance. We talk about the difference between these two idea, how they can work together and how to love yourself, even if you're a work in progress.
This week Renee is releasing the idea that online friends aren't real friends, and Louise is taking the advice she always give the kids at work and letting go of the things she can't control. We finish off with a recommendation for a new TV show and Louise showing her new planner some love.
