We touched on building training programs for athletes, using data to inform the training process, the importance of strength for athlete health and performance, medicine ball training, strategies for soccer athletes and deceleration, speed development, long term athletic development as it pertains to the youth soccer model, and ACL injury risk for female soccer athletes.
