This evening I am sitting with Chris Mcdermott, CEO of VERB a new brand in commercial development. The latest addition to their highly-successful portfolio of sister companies owned by Cathexis Holdings. VERB was born out of the principle of investment in emerging and high-growth sectors, focusing on hi-tech assets and making a meaningful contribution to de-carbonising the real estate sector.
