I turned 53 a few weeks ago and guess what? The 50's has been my favorite decade so far!

I love this age. I love everything about it. I love this phase of life. I love creating energy and vibrance and joy for myself. I love the hard fought lessons I've learned that have made me more tender. I love it all.

But, it took some work to get here. And it's not automatic that life gets sweeter and more exciting as you age, as you well know.

This is why 50 is my FAVORITE!
