On today's minisode I'm talking about gratitude, and the many benefits of consciously and intentionally feeling grateful every day.
I've had a daily gratitude practice for quite some time now, which consists of writing down every morning some of the things - both great and small - that I'm grateful for.
Much research has been done on why making gratitude a part of our daily routine can be extremely beneficial; so if you haven't already embraced this simple yet effective practice, maybe it's time to consider adding it to your list of New Years Resolutions!
