Meet the guest: Dr. Valentina Trinetta is an Associate Professor in Food Safety, Microbiology, and Public Health at Kansas State University. With a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from Universitร degli Studi di Milano, her research focuses on pathogen control in the food supply chain. Dr. Trinetta has extensive industry and academic experience, including work at Ecolab and Purdue University.
