Are you uncomfortable in social situations like you feel like you can't speak your mind or you speak too soft? You fade away in the background while it seems like everybody else is having a good time?  If you've ever felt that way then pay attention because today coach Jules, David and I are going to show you how to overcome that and how to be more charismatic in any situation.  

How to practice your charisma using a mentality that you can own and that will help you speak with passion and with authority, even how to develop a quick wit so you feel like you always know what to say using a very simple improv exercise that you can do at any time even if no one 's around.  What mentality is that? 

Its all about "Not caring what others think!"  Jules and David are two of our infield coaches as well as in our inner game experts at The Attractive Man and today, in part 2 of our three part episode, we're gonna talk about charisma and confidence building by adapting a mentality of "not giving a f$&k what others say."  People pleasing and nice guy mentalities are damaging your confidence and self esteem. 

It severely depletes your ability to speak your mind and be charismatic.  Most people think in terms of confidence and charisma as being out with others! But that is not always the case!  I ask them "Were you always confident and charismatic or was it something that you worked on for a long time and then what can guys do to become more charismatic?" Listen to their answers all about not giving a care what others think!
