245 - Quick Tip: Build Confidence with Daily ESP

Confidence and real estate go hand in hand. The challenge is it feels like a chicken and egg issue. We need to be confident to secure a client, but how can we be confident if we don’t have clients? Well, there is a simple solution: increase the number of deposits you make into your mental bank account.

This is accomplished using a technique called ESP. This was developed by Dr. Nate Zinsser, author of The Confident Mind: A Battle-Tested Guide to Unshakable Performance. This is a daily exercise that takes less than 2 minutes.

In this video, you will learn how to increase and build your confidence in real estate. This is applicable both to new Realtors and experienced agents.
