Deep dives
Deepening Understanding of Keter and Malchut
Exploring the essence of Keter and Malchut reveals a profound connection between presence and kingship. Malchut represents a radical sense of presence where one's presence justifies and validates itself, embodying a depth of reality. Receiving qualities penetrate Malchut, interweaving into a fabric of Eros, grounding all reality in a divine world.
The Dual Grounds of Being
Delving into the two grounds of being, the tumultuous yearning of one ground contrasts with the deep rest of the other. The first ground embodies a fervent desire to penetrate distance and alienation, while the second evokes moments of profound quietude and peace after explosions of experience. Resting in this spaciousness holds a sense of perfect peace and opens pathways for emergent creativity.
Home as the Nexus of Adoration and Royalty
Conceptualizing 'home' as a space of adoration and royalty reframes family dynamics and personal relationships. The experience of being adored and adoring others is paramount in creating familial spaces of trust, creativity, and communion. In a realm where self-revealment and recognition unfold, the intertwining of adoration and royal authority forms a foundational aspect of deep connection and transmission of value.
Understanding the Meaning Crisis
The podcast delves into the idea of the meaning crisis, highlighting how the modern perspective leans towards a sense of homelessness and lack of belonging. It contrasts the classical liberal and postmodern views, pointing out that the prevailing mainstream notion portrays humanity as fragile entities in a vast, indifferent cosmos. This perspective emphasizes the yearning for meaning in a world perceived as devoid of inherent purpose.
Crazy Wisdom and Radical Intimacy
The discussion transitions to the concept of 'crazy wisdom' and radical intimacy, emphasizing a deep connection to reality and the expression of unguarded joy. Crazy wisdom is portrayed as a path to profound transformation through the experiences of suffering and unrelenting connection. The conversation challenges traditional notions associated with eros, highlighting the subversive nature over transgression and linking it to a radical pursuit of deeper contact and greater wholeness.
Andrew questions Marc about the famous Tree of Life and the ten Sephirot in Hebrew Kabbalah. An introduction and a radical interpretation. How can we rewrite the source code of the present epoch and create a new story? The stakes are high. It’s Love or Die!Links:
