Alex Wisch was born with an innate desire to succeed. Regardless of how much adversity he faced, he never gave up. To be freed from his decade long battle with depression, Alex had to take control of his own life. He knew he needed to look within himself for the answers he sought. So Alex focused on what he calls the 6 Pillars of Success: Community, Communication, Mindset, Nutrition, Fitness, and Sleep.


As an entrepreneur, he deleted the word "failure" and said "yes" to all opportunities that crossed his path.

With this mindset, Alex competed professionally as an athlete, won an ultramarathon, started multiple businesses, and helped countless people accomplish incredible goals. He has consulted on multi-million-dollar deals, advised large companies and made successful angel investments. Throughout this journey, he has had the pleasure of meeting amazing and inspirational individuals.


As the founder of Wisch Fit, he has guided others in overcoming barriers through physical, mental, and professional growth. His mission is to help people realize that no goal is too ambitious. Anything is ultimately possible with the right knowledge, tools, and support.
