The Sober Mom Life The Sober Dad Life with Luc Zoratto of Marathon2Sobriety
So many women have told me that they wished a male version of this community existed for their husbands - and today I am so excited to tell you that I found one! Luc Zoratto is the creator of @marathon2sobriety. He is nine years sober, a marathon runner, and a 1-on-1 and group sober coach.
Luc tells the story of how his ‘work hard, play hard’ mindset led him to a life that was ruled by alcohol and cocaine. He’ll detail the intense shame he felt in becoming sober, and how he eventually overcame it to be a proud public voice in the community! Then, we’ll talk about how important it is for him to be a sober dad for his daughter after growing up in a home negatively affected by alcohol, and his viewpoint on the fact that his wife still drinks.
